2. Informational Directory

Offers4U serves as a directory of software deals, promotional credits, and student benefits. We do not sell software directly nor execute transactions on our domain. All transactions occur directly with respective third-party providers.

3. Verification Accuracy & Provider Discretion

While we rigorously test and audit listed offers, third-party providers reserve the right to alter pricing, cancel promotions, or adjust student verification requirements at their discretion without prior notice. Always verify terms on provider checkout.

4. API & Automated Agent Usage

Developers and AI agents are welcome to consume our public API endpoints (/api/v1/offers, /openapi.json, /llms.txt) within reasonable rate limits (60 requests/minute). Abuse or denial-of-service attempts will be throttled.
